I ordered this for my 17″ crest ridge western saddle. It’s going to be in storage until I decide if I want to sell it or not so I wanted to keep it nice. My saddle is big and heavy and it has those huge trail stirrups and it fit just fine in this carrier bag. I even put my Toklat fleece pad and my western cinch in with it just over the seat of the saddle. It’s well made, but I’m not sure I’d actually use to to carry my saddle in because the saddle is so heavy. I mostly ride English so I even bought the English version of this saddle carrier for my dressage saddle . The bridle bag is huge, I put 4 western headstalls in there, no reins because I only use one set of reins for every bridle, but I’m sure they would’ve all fit in there, too.
