Tops Steno Books, 6″ x 9″, Gregg Rule, Green Tint Paper, 80 Sheets, 12 Pack (8021)

They put a note saying that although they have a different name on the cover but that it really is a TOPS spiral steno book. Absolute BS. I have been using the TOPS brand forever. I was a secretary for years and I used them for shorthand. I used the original TOPS brand in my Gregg shorthand high school classes in the 70’s. Needless to say I know what I am talking about. I also wanted the white and they sent me the green which I hate. I decided to keep them but I will not buy these again.NEW UPDATE: I received an email from the company and they apologized and admitted that it was their mistake and offered me a full refund. They also said that they are removing the fake steno books off of their shelves. Clearly their supplier was not honest with them. I thanked them for their offer but did not take the refund and decided to keep the steno books. This company knew how to handle a mistake in a courteous and professional manner. Because of their customer service, I decided to bump them from 1 star to 4 stars and I will buy from them again. Mistakes happen and anytime a business admits they made a mistake and apologizes and does whatever they can to remedy the situation is a great business. My father ran a small business and always told me that the customer is #1 and that the customer is always right. He was very well respected and successful.
