Usually I have skipped reviews on items I purchase since most of them already have good reviews and adding mine won’t make a difference. On this one, I was surprised to find not many reviews so here are my two cents:Quality – That’s the first thing that struck me, is how well built these are compared to flimsy bands I used in the past. Metal clips seem they will last forever, hand and ankle grips are sturdy. Door anchor is solid too.Usefulness – good variety of resistance so I can use it for different exercises, and my wife can use these too.shipping – mine was prime so no issues there. Only thing is I most likely will need additional door anchor and hand grips so that I don’t have to keep switching these across bands as I perform a circuit of exercises.If I can use these more regularly, combined with kettle bell and suspension trainer, I may cancel my gym membership.
